Happy Saturday! Just a quick post to give you some labour day weekend inspiration 🙂

A great pair of trousers have been on my must-have list all summer. I usually live in dresses or jeans, but I’ve been reaching for trousers such as these in the past few months. This floral Zara pair fits the bill in everything I look for – fun print, comfortable and easy, lightweight fabric. Surprisingly, they were a staple for me this summer and will transition nicely into fall. They’ll go perfectly with a chunky knit, cashmere sweater or a leather jacket. Throw on a little bootie and you are ready to go. It is fair to say that I am definitely a girly girl. I am very attracted to feminine details, such as this lace cap sleeved top. Perfect for adding a dash of romance to finish off this simple yet sophisticated look.
